Yep. I'm doing a thing. I realized the other day that I got so excited to finally get my thoughts out of my head that, I wrote my first blog post and then I forgot to say why I've decided to do this, and what I plan to get out of this.

Why blog?

Reproductive work is complex. There's a lot of highs, lows, and everything in between. It's important to have a place to sort through it all.

My goal with this blog is to sort of be able to empty my brain. Now, that doesn't know mean this is going to become a journal. There will be no specific situations or experiences mentioned in this blog.

This will be filled education based on evidence. Thoughts based around curiosity. Recipes. And just a general stream of consciousness around birth, postpartum, reproductive health, and everything in between.

I have no plan. There's no list of what topics I'm going to talk about.

My only plan is that I will release a blog post every Sunday. Whether it be Sunday morning, afternoon, or evening. Sunday sounds like a good day to sit on my couch and do this. Obviously there will be Sundays that I will miss a post (births, holidays, forgetfulness, plain old laziness). But, my goal is Sundays.

With that said, I'd love to know if there's anything you'd like for me to talk about. Any topic of any kind. If there's something you want to know learn about or even something personal you want to ask me, leave it in the comments below! I would LOVE to hear what you're interested in.

So thanks for joining me on this journey. Even if you only read one blog post and stop, I appreciate you.
